Bella Vista

Has anyone noticed that there was a community garage sale event that came and went? Did anyone participate? Today is the Taste of Bella Vista event, I've not heard a thing about it. I'm new here and I'm clueless at the moment.
I'm assuming most of us are too busy with our lives today to become too involved if anything with our neighbors. What do you think? Do you participate in community events and if not, why?

I just wanted to post a note about this past Saturday's Community Garage Sale at Bella Vista. Although I am not big on garage sales other than I like to look over some of the stuff for sale sometimes, there were a few house on Montilla Loop that had a good turnout of people stopping by from what I saw. Rich and I made a quick loop around the block to see who was out and from what I can remember there were about five houses participating. I only wish now I had taken the time to go over to the other part of Bella to see who was participating.

There was a very nice banner made and hung on our wall, did you notice? You had to have as it was big enough for everyone to see that drove by. Many thanks to Rich for having that made up for us.
