Hello everyone,
It has been brought to my attention that our re-election/ choice of candidates have a little baggage and hostility brought into the picture.
Regardless, all of this negative energy is not going to bring the necessary positive change for us long term at Lake Bella Vista.
Paul, you say that you want to get out there and offer your assistance with people and there houses. What exactly are you referring to? Painting, planting trees? pressure washing sidewalkes? Some of the residents are struggling financially and would be unable to afford the supplies (paint, trees etc) How do you plan to take care of this?
It appears both Paul and Rob have had experience on the boards. So I have some questions for you both.
Why is it that no on has the answers to the process of violations?
What happens after the violation has been sent out and is not corrected? I can't believe that we are the ONLY community that has ever endured the basketball hoops. Oh and yes, I drove around and saw all 3 of them. They are hideous.....a complete eye sore.
Rob, according to your letter that was sent out you have been on the committee for 4 years. Surely you have come across this situation at least once.
I've seen the board work very hard at the picnics. But what are you referring to in your letter with property improvements? What property improvements have been made?
Same with you Paul, what are the penalties for receiving and ignoring a violation?
Paul it seems like you have the mindset to come in, get things done and taken care of. While this is great, what exactly is your agenda? I know you plan to go knocking on doors but what next?
I would also like to know if there is a "check list" of responsibilities for each individual: Sharman/ Green Acres/ the president, etc,
As far as the front sign, where is the painter and what is he doing???
I think it might be helpful if each candidate came to the meeting with a vision board of ideas and plans they have for Bella Vista.
