It's been one week since the annual meeting of Bella Vista. I just want to thank everyone for their vote. Now that I am on the board as a Director at large for a two year term, it is time to get down to business.
I've talked to many residents and there are many different concerns. I have some ideas in mind that I'd like to bring out in the open and get some opinions on.
First, I'd like to compile a list of your concerns and put some priorities on them. I will need your help and patience to do this.
I'm going to start a discussion of 'Concerns of Bella Vista' and this is where I'd like everyone to post theirs. You can put them in order of priority or we can priortize them later together. I'm thinking in the near term I'd like to have a general resident's get together to get help in working out the details and plans for the road ahead. I will let you know via this discussion area and or possibly a flyer stuck in your door. You can start by telling me what day or night is best for you. Your children are welcome so you won't have to hire a sitter.

I may have forgotten some but that's off the top of my head right now. I want to break down the bylaws and get a survey from all the residents on what they would like to see changed or added. Times change and so goes the bylaws you would think. But, no one has done an indepth look into what is there and what may need changed or added in my opinion. The bylaws are a favorite of mine and I am looking for some common sense people to work with me on this project.
