I believe there is a homeowner on Lake Bella Vista that has done the above in the last week. This is definately not allowable and detracts from the overall appearance of Bella Vista. This person obviously did not get a copy of the deed restrictions or failed to heed them. Now, what do we do about it?
A notice needs to be sent to the homeowner. Thirty days should be given to correct the problem. How many more notices after that before legal action is taken? I hope we can get this corrected.
In my opinion if this were allowed to continue, this type of activity will only continue to bring down the appearance of the community. Next thing you know all sorts of violations will start popping up. Legal fees charged to those and the rest of us will of course be added to next years assessments. Violations cost all of us in the end.
