What a great meeting last Monday! It was good to see other residents in attendance. I thought it would be tense and for the most part it wasn't. As a member I actually left feeling the board had a genuine interest in what the residents had to say. Haven't felt that way in a while. I still have concerns about violations but it's a nice start. Sharman explained issues in great detail. I had posted that they probably would find a reason not to pressure wash the entrances and I was wrong, they were all for it. They also discussed the landscaping issues and have a new company starting in late summer at substantial savings!! Way to go board......

I can only say that I think that everyone was satisfied with the meeting that night. Everyone got a chance to speak not once but several times and questions were answered to the best of everyone's ability. A cheerful discussion ensued soon after the meeting got started.

It was a surprise to me that our new president resigned after giving a page long speech. I'm not sure if anyone else had any idea this was going to happen. Our best to Dave in the future.

I thought Tim, our Vice-President did very well in taking responsibility in leading the board through the meeting. I look forward to our next meeting at which time has not been scheduled but tentative talks are for one to happen next month.

I hope more resident/members will think about attending in the future.

If anyone has any nomination(s) for the board, a vacancy now exists. This term will be up for re-election in January also.
