I have gotten a quote for $1,100 to trim the oaks and pines along the outer perimeter of the common walls. $20 each to trim out the dead palm branches of our palms on each entranceway. Four palms X 2 entrances, $20 X 8 = $160.
Total cost for all $1,260. I think our reserves can handle this one time expense.
Our current landscaper does not handle this.
What's your opinion on this, should we go for this or not?
My thoughts are that when you look at the oaks they are gangly and could use a good trim. Keeping our community neat and trim is what attracts good residents I think. I also believe it might add to help keep the property values up. I don't think anyone likes to see a community that is ragged.
