Who is 'Raysfan'? Are you from Bella Vista? I don't see you under the 'neighbors' but it does show you registered on 9/28/10 and made this one post. I hope you'll come back and become more involved with the discussion here.

I can appreciate that. But, what I find strange here on this web site is I don't see your handle or screen name under our 'Meet Your Neighbors' link. I'm wondering if you were able to opt out of selecting a neighborhood to fall under when you created your screen name. I don't see you listed under any neighborhood when I click on your name. No biggie though as most don't even care. |

Just a note. The 2011 budget is still being looked at. There will certainly be no $45 increase at this time. That was the first initial estimate that was gleaned from the first budget work-up provided by Greenacres. It has since been re-worked to keep the dues the same and there is a possibility that it may actually go lower.
The Board is looking at every expense to see what can be reduced in any way possible. We hope to have some good news soon. I will update you here as things progress. |

The dues are decreasing $10 per quarter. You should have got the budget meeting flyer in your front door yesterday. The meeting will be Thursday, Dec. 2nd. There was a mistake on the flyer, it showed Monday. Lots to come. Come and listen and join the discussion. See you there! |
