Here's your notice. While I was at the office of Westcoast Management, talking to Camille about our pond I happened to notice a note on her cubicle which read, 'Multi-Family Garage Sale, April 9th'. I wondered why this news had not been emailed to me. Thinking about it now, it wasn't mentioned still at the board meeting last night either. So, coming to a meeting will not let you find out either. Now I'm wondering when they plan to let us all know about this?
As for the parties, I think I mentioned that I had made a mistake in listing a line item for parties in the budget when it first went out. Other means will have to be had in order to pay for these parties. Residents annual dues are strictly for maintenance expenses.
I've not hear any mention from anyone yet on how we plan to do any more partys. Funding is hard to come by for these things. The only way I know is for the residents to contribute to this but who is going to head this committee and try to make it work? My plate is full at the moment, sorry.
