mulch was just laid down and looks dry and very bad already, it hasnt been two years, it washes away every year, some already has, its a waste of money every single year, good money after bad, its just unnecessary, nothing would be better
Well, the quoting function is not working for some reason or another so I copied and pasted it above. My reply to your post is this, come to the next meeting and voice your concern. It was the presidente's idea to put down the new mulch once again. The board went along with it. I think you'll have a hard time debating your idea against the president's though but good luck anyway.
