As we all know - the city does not maintain the overall upkeep of our neighborhood. It is our responsibility as property renters and owners to remove any debris and trash blown or dumped on our property - this includes the sidewalk, street and alleyways.
However, it is greatly exasperating to see some teens come out their houses and drop cups, bottles and other trash right in front of their homes or their neighbors. It would be appreciated if parents would educate their children of the importance of maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe neighborhood for all to enjoy.
