I have noticed that some of the piles of limbs contain large sections of tree trunks, especially one on Belle Meade Road and one on Charring Cross. Who will clean that up?
I realize that in one of those cases the pile is the result of a tree across the street for several days.
Question: if my neighbors' tree or part of it falls onto my property, I am expected to clean it up (I did.), right? Now if someones tree falls onto property owned by a city, in this case a street, does the same principle apply? I was shocked when I realized that whoever removed the tree from Bellemeade Road left it piled in those folks' yard.
I have also noticed that several trees have large limbs that have partly broken but not yet fallen. Those limbs are hanging over the street just waiting for the right vehicle to come along (maybe one of the speeders)?????????????
