Thank you to all the citizens that showed up at the re-zoning meeting last night.
Thanks to a lot of hard work by the city attorney Steve Porter the University agreed to most of the "Binding Elements" that we requested and the Metro Commission granted us more notice time in case of change request for the project. The re-zoning passed the commission and now goes to the Metro Council for final approval.
