City of Bellemeade

Let me get this straight;  all five seats on the City Commission (four commissioners and the mayor) are up for grabs in the November, 2010, General Election????  OK; just play along with me and pretend that none of the present members are reelected.  What happens to continuity?  Who knows what has been and is going on under those circumstances?  (Be nice...)  Government always did fascinate me, and now that I have retired from teaching,  I ..............................

By the way, did anyone notice LMPD on North Chadwick Road today checking out the solicitors?

 Democracy is messy business.  Yes all the seats on the commission are up for election. The Mayor for 4 years and Commissioners for 2 years.

I hear it is political

 I did not notice LMPD or sollicitors on April26....there have been other incidents that required  police presence on North Chadwick..not connected with sollicitors.
