Almost certain its metro

I have asked the Metro police to increase their visibility in Bellemeade. They are also showing up on other streets.

Hi Larry,  This may not be the same.  This car does not cruise our streets or patrol our neighborhood.  It simply sits, parked, on Bellemeade Rd, not at an intersection, with parking lights on, in front of the same residence, from dusk until dawn? 

Well that sounds like one of two t hings.

1. A stake out if the cop is in the car all night.

2. The officer is living there.
