I am in the minority that favors sidewalks. Most new neighborhoods these days are including sidewalks in their design. However, if we can't have sidewalks, I would love to see more speed humps, especially if six were approved in the beginning and we only installed four. Other posters on this site are correct in saying that speeding won't stop unless there is a penalty attached and I seriously doubt that the police are going to spend much time in the neighborhood ticketing speeders. The only way to achieve that would be for our city to hire it's own police person.
