Whipps Bend and Whipps Mill Road residents: Bellemeade Neighborhood Watch needs you to select a Block Captain and Alternate if you want to participate in the Program (16 of the 21 blocks of the city are participating). The Block Captain for Whipps Mill Road will be available only on a very limited basis and has asked that someone else take the position. The Program is registered and has been received very enthusiastically by an overwhelmingly large majority of the residents of Bellemeade.
