Three alert Bellemeade residents used Bellemeade Neighborhood Watch today to stop a situation with the potential for Bellemeade residents being misled (or worse) by solicitors who did not have the required Metro permit. Your Block Captain and Alternate have been emailed all of the information.
Residents on Whipps Bend, part of Whipps Mill, the 200 block of Holliswood, the 100 block of Dorchester, and the Shelbyville Road residents west of the Moorgate entrance did not receive the alert because they do not have a block captain or alternate.
