Neighbors....There was a vehicle riding and sitting around the Moorgate portion of the neighborhood today for approx 2 hours.  The van would stop and sit in various places as well as pull into driveways and sit with noone getting in or out.  Another resident observed the same behavior that I did and followed the van around, they also called the police to do a drive through.  When the van driver saw the officer, they left the neighborhood.   The police were given the tag number and color of the van.  For reference... a light grey minivan with very dark tinted windows.

Did anyone get a description of the driver or passenbgers?  Thanks for posting it on here; was an alert disseminated via Neighborhood Watch to notify residents who do not read this page?  Could you give us the plate number so we can look out for it and distinguish it from the light gray vans that belong in the neighborhood?
