This morning just before dawn a coyote was spotted on the corner lot of N. Chadwick Rd and South Hampton. It then ran between the homes towards N. Chadwick.
Keep an eye on your small pets. Coyotes have been known to take game up to the size of small deer so a Yorkie or a cat would not be too much trouble for one.
If someone has a larger Havahart trap, I would be willing to set it up in the area. If caught, I can then take it to the farm. |

They will not deal with wild animals as far as I know. |

I am not questioning who does or does not know what a coyote looks like, but as I was traveling on Southampton toward Shelbyville Road this morning around 9:00, I saw a HUGE orange cat, and a big orange and white cat between 106 N. Chadwick and the house behind it on Sothampton. By huge, I mean more than twice as big as the big cat running with it, and it was much larger than a normal cat. I could have sworn that they both had on black collars. |
