No Larry, we do not have all the answers. We don't have one answer. If I am not mistaken, the budget is the plan for spending OUR TAX MONEY (not just your tax money) and we have a RIGHT to know EXACTLY where EACH and EVERY PENNY is going. We shouldn't have to interpolate, add or subtract, estimate, guesstimate, divide or multiply, wonder, read between the lines, come to a meeting in a broom closet, or do any form of mental gymnastics to know that.
I stand in utter amazement at the fact that the ENTIRE proposed budget was NOT posted. You could have posted it in the time you have spent double-speaking around the issue. You were elected by us. Your responsibility is to us. It is not our responsibility to fund out; it is your responsibility to inform us. You informed us about tornados, garbage collection, yard sales, Arbor Day, and other such stuff. But yet, you REFUSE to inform us on how you are proposing to spend our tax money????? I'm sorry Larry, but that is just simply not acceptable.
