He was riding around in costume as the "Headless Horseman" which was pretty cool.....
kids loved it, people tooks pics, (including me) and downloaded them to FB.
However, he had to have know it would "poop" in the streets. I saw some on Charing Cross. therefore, that person should have had "backup/help/assistance/etc" someone following with a scooper.... NOBODY...and I mean NOBODY want's horse poop on their kids feet, their feet, on their strollers, etc. that's pretty gross.
Seriously, who looks for "horse poop" in a subdivision?
I think someone needs to get the cleaning crew out today, and then send the "Horesman" the bill.
