As you walk or ride through the subdivision, you can not help to notice several homes for sale signs placed in our neighbors' yards. We certainly hate to lose our neighbors for what ever the reason may be. We have grown close and have developed friendships with them, and hate to see them leave. Nevertheless, we want to wish them the best. We know if the situation was reverse they would do the same.
The fact some of our neighbors are attempting to sale their homes brings to mind the importance of being responsible property owner or renters. Our neighbors deserve to get as much for their property as the market will allow. The value of our neighbor?’s property should not be determined by the lack of upkeep of our own property, but unfortunately it is. Help your neighbors, your community and your self. Be responsible for your property and take care of it. Investing a little time can pay significant dividends in the long run. After all, your property is an investment that does two things. First it is a home for your family, and secondly it is probably the largest single financial investment that most of us will make at one time. Our homes and our money are important to most of us. They should be taken care of and protected. If your home is in need of repairs, or need fixing up, then you are neglecting your investment. Do all of us a favor by taking care of your property.
