Benedict Road - Marion Avenue

No Parking lot in a Residential Neighborhood

Gus Serroukas ownes the vacant lot on the corner or Marion Ave and Benedict Street. It is zoned residential. It's been used to hold snow from Foodtown's parking lot. There's no other place for it to go. When Mr. Serroukas sought a zoning change to make a parking lot on the vacant parcel, we came together as neighbors and successfully fought that.

We took our families to Planning Board meetings to demonstrate that we have a lot to protect in our neighborhood.
