On Tuesday January 3rd, the owner of the old Butterfield Hospital property made his first presentation to the Planning Board of his plans to redevelop the property. The plans could include a new location for the Cold Spring Post Office. There would be plenty of space for postal truck parking and plenty of space for customer parking too. What do you think?

This is in my opinion the ideal solution for this issue. It retains the Post Office in the Vilage which seems to be what the residents want, and will not inconvenience anyone who wants to utilize the services.
