Bent Creek

Tonight at about 9:50 pm we saw a SUV pull to the end of Lawsonia Links with his lights off a distance before making the circle, parked then did it again with lights off. Parked and I saw at least 3 big guys get out. One went between two houses and I also so him come out of the shadows. The others went down the sidewalks, and one down the middle of the street. One was on his cell phone. My husband went outside to see and got their license plate. It was about 15 minutes he was looking. One saw him and begin walking his direction. We called the police. A few moments after the call our neighbor came home, pulled in her garage to which I banged on, scaring her a moment. She and her daughter came into our home. She had seen the same SUV leaving the neighborhood. One had high dreadlocks.  The one house I saw the guy go behind was dark, no lights on. The police traced the plate. She said they may be back later. The one house door was easy to kick in she noted. Turn on your outdoor lights, and set your alarms. She advised as many lights on outside as possible. This is twice in a few weeks.

Today, neighbor came home. The burgulars came back in the night, took their 80 lb safe, jewelery and tore up their bedroom. Alarm was not on. Same police came out to the call, again Lawsonia Links. The car id she ran last night was not shown stolen. Today, she ran it again and it was stolen. Keep on all outdoor lights. Please report suspicous activities. It may take a hour or so to come but, they will. We must not allow bad people to take our peace and safety away!
