They come in all ages, they come in all sizes, the only
thing different about them is that at one time or another
they may have driven without car insurance or stayed out
past the curfew. Maybe caught driving while intoxicated or
even caught with a can of spray paint that happened to be
pointed at a wall. With a strange twist of fate, these
people have made Berkeley a nicer place. They have
participated in cleanups and even planted flowers such as
the ones located on the corner of 52nd and Tennyson. If you
are a senior resident physically unable to clean your yard
or alley, there is someone waiting to pay restitution for
what they have done wrong. It works!!!! This is a win/win
proposition.
