Parking In SummerCreek

Posted in: Summercreek
Please be aware that parking on the streets and curbs of SummerCreek does not fall under the purveyance of the HOA Board. The streets and curbs are property of the City Of Escondido, and parking regulations will be enforced by the Escondido Police Department.

Currently, the law allows a vehicle to be parked in the same spot for up to 72 consecutive hours. After that time period, the vehicle must be moved or it could be cited for illegal parking.
