Gelsilica?’s Key Lime Pie
6oz. can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
14oz. can sweeten condensed milk
9oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
9 inch graham cracker pie crust
Combine limeade, condensed milk and whipped topping in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Pour into pie crust; freeze until firm, about 3 to 4 hours. Serves 8
Spread some extra whipped topping on top!
Gelsilica?’s Lemon Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Place chicken in a greased 13"x9" baking pan; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Serves 4 to 6.? Serve over rice
