anonymous Legacy User USA	We are new to the neighborhood and our house backs up to Bliss Run. We've been told that the City put in Rip Rap along the banks several years ago for access to Bliss Run when they needed it. Does anyone know who to contact regarding this? May 11th 2005 Report Reply
