I have tried calling the police, 311 and even Verizon. However, no one wants to remove the tied shoes over the telephone lines/poles. I don't know if anyone knows this but they are symbols for being a drug drop-off area. If you google it, you will see information about it all over the web.
Does anyone know whom to call in the City to get rid of them? They are like graffiti.
