Some people should live in apartments or Condos. They don't have the ambition or are too lazy to take care of a house. Can you imagine what the inside of their houses look like ? 30 minutes every other day is all it would take.

Use your head

Use your head....most people do not want to see a dish in a front yard. This means your dish is bringing down the value of your house and the ones around it. Put it on the back side of the roof just below the roof line so people don't have to look at it. You'll still be able to get a signal.

Plus, isn't there some type of rules in this development to keep people from doing things to hurt the values of our properties?

Oh right, I forgot, no one follows these rules and the people running our HOA are invisible. Who are they anyway? I did not make the yearly meeting because I was out of time. Forgive me but it would be nice to have some type of communication from them more than once per year. What do they do anyway?

Head

Don't blame the HOA, they only act when someone complains about a violation. The bottom line is, we shouldn't need someone to govern us. We should all be responsible adults and take care of our own properties. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what is hurting the property values. What we need is fines and stiff ones at that. That would solve a lot of problems.

Perfect

Ah, to be so perfect!! It must be nice. Why don't you move to Wedgewood or some other pristine sterile neighborhood. Give me healthy kids and their toys. Some of us work for a living and don't have the time to constantly clean both the house and the yard. My house definately has the 'lived in' look and that's fine. I prefer spending my free time with my family doing things rather than worrying about how perfect my house looks. And then, there is the santimonious attitude. That's getting people to listen......yeah.
