Widening of Powell Rd?

To Right on

If you are suggesting that we fertilize other peoples yards against their wish, I don't think that would fly. If someone in that household got sick, they could hold the HOA responsible. I think the only way is, to somehow amend the by-laws, where the HOA can levy some kind of penalty or fine. There is a deed violation that specifically refers to unkept yards, weeds, high grass, etc. This isn't the only issue, we have residents that are making changes to their homes, without seeking approvals, like sattelite dishes, decks, Gym equipment, doll houses, patios, etc, just to name a few. Something needs to be done and soon.
No Problem at all

Trust me I'm with you on this. I know from experience. In the past I've lived next to homes that were leased and of course the owners don't care and the renters don't care. I'm used to escalating as needed. My last development I lived in was swift and clear in punishment and therefore everyone knew what they had to do.

I'm all for the community weed control if it's a reasonable price but something makes me think that will never fly.
Amen

Please call or e mail the trustees. It is the few who will drag down the majority here.
deed restriction

I cannot find anything in my deed restrictions about weeds. Can you please point me in the right direction. Help me out here please. Please post the page number and the section name and number so I can review.
