Membership Dues

Dues are $10.00 per family per year.
If you haven?’t already joined the association please do so now. Annual dues are used to cover expenses the association incurs over the year to improve the Neighborhood.
Checks should be made payable to:

To those who have continued to support the Birnam Woods Homeowners Group, thank you. We have been successful in getting several property owners to improve their property with the help of Code Enforcement and the City of Charlotte. Everyone should continue to monitor and call code enforcement at 311 if you see a problem in your area. This process may take a long time to get results but it is well worth the wait to keep our Neighborhood beautiful and continue to be a safe place for all it?’s residents..
Recruitment
If anyone is interested in being more active in the Birnam Woods Homeowners Group they would be welcomed at any time. We need residents to participate who are PRO-ACTIVE in getting the Neighborhood back to the livable way it used to be. Let?’s not let ?“selling your home and moving out?” be an option. Working together we can make a difference and solve some of the problems going on in Birnam Woods.
We, as neighbors, need to watch out for our neighbors homes 24 hours a day. That?’s the whole purpose for a strong Homeowners Group. If you see anything that appears suspicious our CMPD encourages you to call 911.
We are asked to be the eyes and ears for the CMPD to assist them in crime and problem solving.
