Hello my name is DJ I'm reaching out in regards to any information about HOA policies. I just bought a house in the Blackhawk community and with still getting the house together moving things and taking care of damages that occured July 5th, 2022. I can't for the life of me find any of the materials for HOA codes and regulations. Long story short I'm looking at placing a pole barn garage/work shop in my backyard and seeing if this is allowed.
