I was contacted yesterday by a neighbor that picks up trash on Tyvola every two weeks that there were multiple campaign signs in the median of Tyvola down near Sugar Creek Bridge.  Madison Park cleans Tyvola from Old Pineville to Park Road and Seneca Place from South to Park Road for two decades.   I had gone out this am to pull the signs and they were all gone.    

If you are ever board and wish to pick up Tyovla go for it.    If you let me know I will snd in a clean up report to the city.  Keep Charlotte Beautiful keeps up with cleanups.  Regardless if you report of not ....Thanks for helping keeping Madison Park area clean.

Remember signs are not allowed in medians, traffic islands, on bridges, or within 11 feet of curb ever.    That includes campaign signs on City Streets and on State Road maintained by City of Charlotte.   Even Garage Sale signs and lost pets signs are not allowed within 11 feet of curb or on utility poles or trees.  

Queens Field Hockey team does sometimes pick up trash as they walk over to their section of Fairview starting at Park Road to Barclay Downs.   They Adopted that stretch a couple of years ago.   I have gone out with them on their clean ups to work on Tyvola.   

You can always report signs to 311 for codes by calling 311, at char311 app, Charlotte 311 online web.     Inspectors have 3 business days to address.
