Blenman-Elm HOA

an 18 wheeler tanker truck has been illegally parking at the empty lot located at 1615 n. sawtelle.    i've contacted the city violations dept. and the police yet nothing has been done about it.  i live adjacent to the lot and feel endangered by the tanker.  what's in the tank?  the case has now been open for 51 days without resolution.  if you have any contacts in the City please use them to address this problem.   the owner of the 18 wheeler lives in a rental unit adjacent to the property.  thank you
