Hi,

I am considering buying a property at Lake Harmony as a vacation home.   I was told that HOA restricts the number of times the property can be rent out (10 times?).  Is that true?  Maybe my real estate agent is trying to scare me away from the area?

Although I plan to spend some time at the property, I prefer not to have the restriction.

I read about half of the HOA manual/rules and do not see specifics.
