Bluff Creek Neighborhood Association

I would like to know who is responsible for the dead pine tree at the corner entrance of Hefner and Bluff Creek Dr. It needs to be cut down. Is it the city or is it our assoc.?

Also the house just down the street from me is a total wreck of trash outside. The family there finally moved out, but left trash strew all over the front lawn. It has been blowing all along the street this week. Can we see who owns the house and have them be responsible for taking proper care of it? The address is 5216 nw 108th terr, but you would clearly recognize it if you drove by. It looks horrible for our neighborhood.

On a happy note, I have lived here for almost 11 years and have truly enjoyed it.

Hi Carol,

I just got on our website and in reference from last year the owners name of the property in question is Dang Bang 8824 121st St. 73162.  You probably have this info but thought I would pass along anyway.

I just found out about our website today.  I think it is great.
