Very shortly all households will receive a reminder that a meeting has been called to elect new members of the board. This meeting will be held in the community room of the library on Tuesday, Sept. 9th at 7:30pm. All board positions are open for election.

The reminder shall have a proxy/nominating form for those who choose not to or are unable to attend. Only one vote per household is permitted. Should you use the proxy the person you are voting for must be aware of such and be willing to to fulfill the obligations of that office.

Please do not fill in the names of Ron Martin, Greg Richmond or Alberta Selkow as we are stepping down. Probably Richard Turner & Chris Nagle likewise.

It is in our community's interest to elect a new board at this meeting so please attend. You are allowed to nominate yourself if you so desire.
