who do i contact to lodge a complaint against the owner of 15802 IronFork drive, 77053.
 
I live on the block & have had to deal with issues with the residents for many months now!!!
 
There are almost 10 people living there in that home, there are at least 4 grown men, a few teenagers, at least two ladies, a bunch of children. There are always people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. i think there is drug selling going on from that house. there is always cars coming and going morning noon and night. multiple cars parked in the driveway. i have children and me and my wife are seriously thinking of moving because of this. they are  bringing down the property value.
 
can someone research this and send a letter to the owner of the property to inform him or her that the tenants are causing issues on the block!
 
you are going to lose good owners on this block just because of these people.

You can get a Property Profile from any title company or get a realtor to do it for you. Usually there should be no-charge. The profile will give you "The Legal" on the property...the owner and address.

Send them a letter, asking them if there is drug dealing going on. Don't give a return address, or name or risk retaliation. 

Long story, but I'm familiar with this activity.

Call the Police...cars coming and going all hours of the day and night is usually a sign of drug dealing!!!! Take videos if possible with the times noted. Rent a night vision camera from Samy's Camera....

Ask them to investigate the "odd hours" next door. Ask them if they can execute a search warrant...

Don't confront them...not in your best interests
