Does Tuscany Hills have an agreement with Boca park concerning the proposed access road closest to us which remains undeveloped and Peccole is proposing to make Boca's new entrance?

Questions which need answering which Peccole has avoided answering thus far:

What are the site elevations going to be at ground level - not what structures are going to be visible, what is the added height to the ground level going to be?
Where are the traffic lights going to be?
How are trucks going to service the businesses?
What hours of operation are going to be permitted for said businesses?

Some other things have occurred to me. This project seems to be very important to the developers: I think they are viewing it as a potential feather in their cap, something they can point to as a new milestone in their history.
When I asked why a strictly residential use for the property could not work their reply was that it was not economically feasible. How can saving 1/2 a billion dollars on infrastructure not warrant a closer study by a developer? Making a profit is what developers have to look at, not spending the largest amount of money to do it. Moreover, how is this development going to be paid for? Is the capital all available or speculative? Who's to prevent Peccole from walking away from the project 1/2 done. Just look at Boca.
