What We Do
We make association bookkeeping affordable while providing exceptional service and effective bookkeeping. Our focus is to provide accurate and timely reporting for Associations while ensuring prudent fiscal oversight. We are committed to service with a personal objective of serving all clients in a manner that will support them in being successful.
We provide:
- Free consultations to show you that we are the answer to your association needs.
Accounts receivable services include:
- Process statements for all owners.
- Receive, process and deposit owner payments.
- Assess late fees and mail reminder statements to all delinquent owners after their due date
- Notify board members or property managers of accounts delinquent beyond sixty days (for sending owners to collections or filing liens).
- Respond to all written and telephone inquiries from homeowners pertaining to their account balances.
- Respond to escrow questionnaires.
Accounts payable services include:
- Receive, process and pay all obligations of the Associations.
- Respond to vendors pertaining to billing.
- Complete year-end 1099 reporting requirements.
General Services includes:
- reconcile bank accounts
- produce periodic financial statements
- interface with Auditors/CPAs for audit or tax return purposes.
Administrative support:
- We provide administrative support for mailings.
