HOA Annual Dues

We would like to remind you that HOA annual dues and outstanding balances need to be paid. If your annual dues or outstanding balances have not been paid promptly, you may find that your balance has been turned over to collections. For those of you who have paid promptly, "Thank you!" On the same note, next year we will be collecting annual dues in one payment instead of two. If you would like to pre-pay your annual dues for 2008, please contact Llams, Inc. Our management company will gladly make arrangements for you.
