Boulder Creek HOA

Architectural Review Committee Approval

Jun 20, 2007

Before you make or add changes to the exterior of you home or lot, you need to look at the CCRs and RPPs to see if you need prior approval. Trash can/recycling enclosures, satellite dishes, basketball goals, adding a fence, painting the exterior of your home, adding an outbuilding, putting in play sets, adding a trampoline or a wading pool are just some of the things that require prior approval. Forms can be found on the neighborhood website www.bouldercreeknc.us. Forms must be filled out prior to work beginning. ARC approval can take up to 30 days. If you do the work without approval, you may have to remove it or pay fines until it is corrected and approval is obtained.
