Housing Rehabilitation Grants provides up to $20,000 in forgivable grants to single or multi-family residences for improvements.
Residential Area Public Improvements involves street and alley reconstruction, curb and sidewalk restoration, tree trimming, lighting improvements, steam cleaning, handicap access ramps, and landscaping.
Commercial Fa?§ade Program will improve Boyle Heights storefronts. Murals will also be painted by local artists.
Centro Allergria Day Care Center this project will convert an old union hall into a much-needed day care center.
Boys & Girls Club Renovation this heavily used facility is over 50 years old and is in critical need of upgrading to modern standards.
Library Computers/Books/Software will give the Malabar Branch Library new equipment and materials.
LA-4 Kids provides a mobile recreational center for urban youths.
Community Organizing/Leadership assists with building resident leadership in the area.
