Hail Damage to Braeburn Valley

We recently experienced a severe hail storm back in mid-April. Please fill out an ACC form for all exterior changes to your home, and return it to AVR Management. Please plan in advance as the ACC committee has 45 days to approve your ACC request. The ACC Committe has been working very hard to process applications for new roofs in record time for those that have leaky roofs,as well as others. An ACC form will be needed for new roofs, new siding, painting, etc... Remember to include on roofs (Brand, Color, type of shingle (25 year, 30 year). On painting, please include an actual color chip. You can get an extra one to send with your application when you go paint shopping.
