THANK YOU for the opportunity to offer our services. When you consider Green Grass Inc, please recognize our performance record and ability to provide complete landscape and lawn sprinkler services at competitive prices during the past thirty-one years.

CERTIFICATIONS: Green Grass became one of the first Texas Certified Landscape Professional (CLP). This certification is issued by the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association. We are also Texas Certified Nursery Professional, Licensed Irrigators, Licensed Irrigation Landscape Auditors and Texas Licensed Pesticide Applicators.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE: Gree Grass provides Groundskeeping Services to Residential Customers, Apartment Complexes, Homeowner's Associations, Office Buildings and Industrial Sites.

LANDSCAPING AND CONTRACTING: Green Grass provides Landscape Design and installation services for both residential and commercial customers. We currently have Landscape Designers and Registered Licensed Irrigators on staff that coordinate and supervise all landscaping and turf irrigation operations.

AWARDS: Green Grass received in 1980 The Performance Award for Landscape and Sprinkler Renovation at the U.S. Naval Base in Beeville, Texas. In 1984 Green Grass was awarded the Merit Award in the Statewide Landscape Competition of the Texas Association of Landscape Contractors. In 1987 Green Grass was selected the Landscape Contractor of the Year for Texas. In 1988 Green Grass was awarded the Merit Award for Grounds Maintenance in the Statewide Environmental Improvement Competition of the Texas Association of Landscape Contractors. In 1990 and in 1991 the Green Grass Staff won 1st place in the City of San Antonio Grounds Maintenance Competition held at the Botanical Gardens. During 1993, Green Grass was the runner-up in said competition, and in 1994 won 1st place. In 1997, Green Grass received the Windcrest Gold Award. In 1998, Green Grass received the Texas Excellence in Landscaping Distinction Award for Landscape and Irrigation Installation at Oakwell Farms. NISD 2002 Award "Proud to be Partners Campus Winner."

For customer protection and for a professional look, our Field Staff is trained, fully uniformed and our trucks are marked. Our Field Managers can be contacted by cellular phones and our crew chiefs by two-way radios.

We fully abide by the Code of Ethics of the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association.

EXHIBIT A

LAWNS:

1. Will mow as needed, not to exceed: Weekly (Apr-Oct) and Every 14 days (Nov-Mar)
2. All lawn areas will be edged and trimmed every time lawns are mowed.

SHRUBS:

Shrubs will be trimmed to maintain a crisp, well-groomed appearance. The equivalent of twelve (12) complete trimmings per year.

GROUNDCOVERS:

1. Groundcover beds will be kept weed free by de-weeding every 14 days year round.
2. Groundcover beds will be trimmed every 14 days year round.

OPEN BEDS:

Open beds will be kept weed free by manual or chemical treatments every 14 days year round.

TREES:

Trees will be pruned 2 times a year, only from ground level to a height of six (6) feet above the ground. The purpose shall be to eliminate diseased or broken branches, water sprouts or sucker growth. In all areas the objective will be to promote healthy development of the tree while maintaining its natural growth habit.

GENERAL:

1. All sidewalks, walkways, driveways and parking lots will be cleaned of any materials or plant debris caused by our work.

2. GG will use Customer's dumpsters to dispose of any plant or material debris removed or used at Customer's property.

3. GG will check with the Customer/Office prior to each service unless otherwise requested.

4. GG will include fertilizer two times per year during March and October, or as recommended by the San Antonio Texas A&M Extension Horiculture Department.
All costs subject to appropriate sales tax.

TOTAL OF THE ABOVE: $4,524.00 per year
