Can anyone offer a potential reason for the hike in the prices? Weather? War? Corporate greed?

Though you may like to blame bush the war and corporate greed the simple fact of the matter is that we are lazy.
Instead of shopping where the prices are cheaper we allow the likes of stop and shop and Shaws dictate the prices they will charge us. All you have to do is go out of town and see that all the prices are not the same from town to town. Hurray for Walmart at least they remember how to compete.We should respect that and patronize Walmart
