You hit it right on the head. BELD is run by pompous individuals. People complain about the Personnel Director who does oversee a lot more employees, participates in negotations with all but two unions (the School Department and BELD),and has a background that fits the qualifications of the job. We will be looking for a replacement soon. Maybe the management team at BELD can help with the selection. That should take about 10 minutes.
