Get over yourself

So Joe Powers wants to sit at the horseshoe table. This is the same person who ran for State Rep., gave up his position as Town Clerk and when he lost, had no exit plan. Yah, I want him to make decisions for the Town of Braintree. Joe, get over yourself.

Interesting decision

Interesting move for Powers. I think he would have been better off staying away from elected politics for a few more years, sitting on the sidelines but involved in the community. I think he has a good reputation, the only knowck on him is that he runs for everything. Is it about helping Braintree or do does he crave the attention?

Jumping back this soon makes me wonder. If he loses, I think he's done for a while. If he wins, he has top be Selectman. Does anyone remember someone who left that office with a good reputation?
